FC Barcelona registers Dominik Livaković for La Liga

FC Barcelona has successfully registered goalkeeper Dominik Livaković for La Liga, ending speculation regarding a potential loan move. The registration was finalized during the closing stages of the Spanish transfer window.

The club managed to clear the necessary salary cap space following the acquisition of forward Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal for approximately 10 million euros. This move allowed the club to comply with La Liga’s financial fair play regulations, which had previously threatened the registration of several players.

Livaković is expected to compete for the second-choice goalkeeper position behind Joan García. Manager Hansi Flick has expressed confidence in the Croatian's role, describing him as a goalkeeper for both the present and the future.
