FC Barcelona schedules pre-season friendly against Udinese in Italy

FC Barcelona has added a pre‑season friendly against Serie A side Udinese on 8 August in Udine, Italy. The match is part of a busy summer programme as the club prepares for the 2026/27 campaign under coach Hansi Flick. The first‑team squad will reconvene on 13 July at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper for medical examinations before a training camp at St George’s Park in England from 27 July to 3 August. Earlier confirmed friendlies include games against Europa on 24 July and Birmingham City on 31 July, with additional fixtures in England and potential matches in Morocco and Kenya still under discussion. The annual Joan Gamper Trophy is set for 19 August, with the opponent yet to be announced.
