FC Barcelona targets 700 million euros via Camp Nou VIP licenses

FC Barcelona is implementing a new revenue model for its renovated Camp Nou stadium through the sale of long-term VIP seating licenses. This strategy, developed in collaboration with the American company Legends, allows buyers to secure exclusive use of specific seats for periods ranging from 15 to 30 years.

The club expects this model to generate approximately 700 million euros. To date, nearly 5,000 VIP seats have been commercialized, bringing in over 380 million euros. There are approximately 2,000 VIP seats remaining to be sold over the next two and a half seasons.

This initiative is a central component of the Espai Barça project, which is currently valued at 1.8 billion euros. President Joan Laporta views the stadium renovation as a vital step toward ensuring the club’s financial sustainability and reducing its significant debt. The new stadium, which will feature a total of 9,400 VIP and hospitality seats, is expected to be completed, including the roof, by the end of 2027.
