FC Barcelona targets Villarreal winger Alberto Moleiro

FC Barcelona has identified Villarreal winger Alberto Moleiro as a priority target for the summer transfer window, reportedly placing him ahead of Nico Williams on their shortlist. The club has initiated preliminary contact with the player's agents to explore a potential deal.

Moleiro, valued at approximately 50 million euros, is noted for his versatility, with the ability to play on the left wing or as an attacking midfielder. His current statistics include two goals and three assists in seven La Liga matches. While his contract with Villarreal runs until June 2030, Barcelona officials believe the player would prioritize a move to the Camp Nou if a serious offer is presented.

In addition to Barcelona, interest in the 23-year-old has been linked to Arsenal, Newcastle United, and Celta Vigo.
