Following this transaction, the ownership structure of FC Bayern München AG consists of the member association, FC Bayern München e. V., which holds a 75% majority stake, and minority shareholders including adidas AG, Audi AG, Allianz SE, and Viessmann, each holding approximately 8.33% (noting the recent shift in distribution).
