FC Blau-Weiß Linz hosts FC Wacker Innsbruck in ÖFB Cup

FC Blau-Weiß Linz is set to host FC Wacker Innsbruck in the second round of the UNIQA ÖFB Cup on Saturday, September 5, at the Hofmann Personal Stadion. The match is scheduled for a 15:30 kickoff and will be broadcast live on ORF 1.

The two teams previously met in early August during the ADMIRAL 2. Liga, where FC Blau-Weiß Linz secured a 3-0 victory. However, this cup fixture presents a new challenge as Wacker Innsbruck seeks revenge following a successful start to their season and recent squad additions, including Virgilio Olaya from Los Angeles FC and Yanis Guermouche from Slavia Sofia.
