FC Midtjylland reaches agreement with fans to end protests

FC Midtjylland management and a collective fan working group—comprising Black Wolves, Hedens Drenge, and Midtjyllands Ungdom—have reached an agreement to end recent protests. The conflict originated from the club’s alternative jersey design and the prominent use of a new, stylized wolf icon, which supporters feared would undermine the official club logo and historical values.

Under the new agreement, the use of the new wolf icon will be significantly scaled back to ensure the official logo maintains precedence. While fans do not have a formal veto, the club management has formally committed to consulting the fan community before making decisions regarding changes to the club’s name, colors, official logo, stadium, or the conditions and placement of the active supporter stands.
