Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 match schedules and team updates

French football schedules have been adjusted due to planned protests across the country. Stade Rennais coach Franck Haise accepted the rescheduling of the match against OGC Nice, noting that football is not the most important issue facing France. The change also affects Rennes' Europa League fixture against Olympiakos.

In Ligue 2, FC Nantes prepares to host Clermont Foot amid significant squad uncertainty. While Sékou Doucouré and Dehmaine Tabibou are expected to return, striker Thomas Robinet remains doubtful following a thigh injury. Nantes currently sits 15th in the standings, while Clermont is in 17th place.

Elsewhere in Ligue 2, FC Metz is set to host Pau FC. Pau FC enters the match in strong form, having secured four consecutive victories to move into fifth place. Meanwhile, Stade Rennais faces roster challenges for their upcoming match against Nice, with Estéban Lepaul confirmed out and goalkeeper Brice Samba considered highly unlikely to play due to a thigh injury.
