FC Nordsjælland defeats Sønderjyske 3-0 in Superliga

FC Nordsjælland secured a 3-0 victory against Sønderjyske in the fifth round of the Superliga. Markus Walker, making his first start of the season, scored twice to lead the team to victory.

Walker opened the scoring with a volley from the edge of the penalty area late in the first half. He doubled the lead approximately one hour into the match. Villum Berthelsen sealed the win with a clinical finish during a counter-attack in the closing minutes.

FC Nordsjælland coach Jens Fønsskov Olsen noted the mental challenge of managing the squad between international Conference League qualification matches and domestic league play. The win brings FC Nordsjælland to ten points after four matches, while Sønderjyske remains at the bottom of the standings with one point.
