FC Porto signs Portuguese international Fátima Pinto
FC Porto has signed Portuguese international Fátima Pinto to its women's football team. The 30-year-old midfielder has signed a contract valid for two seasons, lasting until 2028.
Pinto joins the squad as they prepare for their debut in the Portuguese First Division during the 2026/27 season, following the team's recent promotion from the Second Division. With 102 caps for the national team, she brings extensive experience from domestic and international competitions, including the UEFA Women's Champions League.
Her career includes significant stints at Sporting CP, where she won multiple national championships and cups, as well as playing in Spain for Santa Teresa and Alavés. Most recently, she played for RC Strasbourg in France, where she helped the team reach the semi-finals of the Coupe de France.
