FC Písek defeats SK Dynamo České Budějovice 3-2 in derby

FC Písek secured a 3-2 victory against SK Dynamo České Budějovice in a highly anticipated South Bohemian third-league derby. The match, attended by over 1,200 spectators, marked the first competitive meeting between the two sides.

Robin Polanský opened the scoring for Písek in the 28th minute, but Matěj Faltus equalized for Dynamo just before halftime. In the second half, Marek Kalousek restored Písek's lead with a penalty in the 66th minute, followed by a goal from Filip Firbacher in the 83rd minute to make it 3-1.

Dynamo attempted a late comeback when Tuguldur Gantogtokh scored in the 88th minute to bring the score to 3-2. Despite the late pressure, Písek maintained their lead to claim the win. The match was also marked by a minute of silence for Jan Řehtáček Zborník, a prominent FC Písek supporter.
