FC Schalke 04 faces massive ticket demand after Bundesliga promotion

FC Schalke 04 is experiencing massive demand for match tickets following their promotion to the Bundesliga. During a recent pre-sale for upcoming home matches against Mainz 05, RB Leipzig, and VfB Stuttgart, all available tickets were sold out within approximately one hour. An estimated 70,000 fans joined digital waiting queues, while others waited at the club's service center.

Due to the high demand and limited capacity of the Veltins-Arena—where approximately 40,000 seats are already allocated to season ticket holders—there will be no general pre-sale for these specific fixtures. Fans without memberships are encouraged to use the club's official ticket exchange platform to purchase seats being resold by members at original prices.

In club news, reports indicate potential roster changes, including speculation regarding the future of promotion hero Hassan Kurucay, who may leave the club in the summer despite his current importance to the squad.
