FC Südtirol completes preseason medical exams ahead of new season

Players and coaching staff of FC Südtirol underwent the club’s routine medical examinations at the Casa di cura S. Maria‑Marienklinik in Bolzano. The assessments included resting and stress electrocardiograms with cycle‑ergometry, performed by sports physician Dr. Elio Assisi, cardiologist Dr. Renato Di Gaetano and the nursing team led by Laura Rech. The partnership with Marienklinik, which has supported the club for many years, provides specialized consultations and diagnostic services for the athletes.

Following the medical check‑ups, the squad will train under new coach Davide Possanzini on the afternoon of 13 July at the FCS Center in Maso Ronco. After a week of preparation, the team will travel on 19 July to a two‑week preseason camp in Val Ridanna, where that same day captain Tait and teammates will face the Auswahl Ridnauntal selection in a friendly match at the Stanghe di Racines sports complex.
