FC Trapani 1905 faces legal disputes over extortion and stadium use

FC Trapani 1905 has filed a complaint with the Trapani Public Prosecutor's Office alleging attempted extortion by Clomy Club SSD a r. l. of Erice and its legal representative. The club claims a demand for 13,500 euros, based on a private agreement regarding the use of sports fields, is fraudulent. The club asserts that the document was never signed by the organization, the signature attributed to President Valerio Antonini is not authentic, and the company stamp is incorrect.

Separately, the Libero Consorzio Comunale di Trapani has contested the football club's right to use the Stadio Provinciale di Trapani-Erice. The local authority stated that the concession for the facility expired on February 27, 2026, and no administrative acts have been taken to renew it. Consequently, the administration has denied authorization for the club to host its upcoming match against Athletic Club Palermo on November 15, notifying public security and football authorities of the decision.
