FCB Nyasa Big Bullets defeat Silver Strikers 5-0

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets secured a dominant 5-0 victory over Silver Strikers in the FDH Bank Premiership finale of the first round. Ephraim Kondowe led the performance with a hat-trick, scoring in the first, 34th, and 62nd minutes.

Other goals were provided by Wongani Lungu in the 43rd minute and Misheck Biliati in the 72nd minute. The win allows Bullets to close the first round strongly, while Silver Strikers' head coach Peter Mgangira noted the team failed to execute their game plan, calling the result “very frustrating.”

Prior to this match, the two sides were separated by only two points in the league standings, with Silver Strikers sitting at the summit with 29 points and Bullets in fourth place with 27.
