FCC UAV Arad basketball team resumes training for new season

The FCC UAV Arad women's basketball team has returned to training for the 2026-2027 National Basketball League season. Under the leadership of coach Tatiana Gallova, the team has secured several contract renewals, including players Bianca Fota, Andreea Mititelu-Ciolcă, Alexia Dobă, Anamaria Ciotir, Larisa Toma, Jovana Pasic, and Eva Rupnik.

The roster has been bolstered by the addition of American player Jaidynn Masone. However, the team faces a setback with player Blanca Valea, who is scheduled for knee surgery in October.

The team's regular season schedule has been released, with the first match against Agronomia București slated for early October. Due to scheduling conflicts with rhythmic gymnastics national events at the Polivalenta arena, some home games may be moved or delayed.
