FCM Finanz Coach® certifies first 100 graduates

The FCM Finanz Coach® program has announced its first hundred graduates, marking a milestone in specialized financial coaching training. The certification process combines technical financial expertise with mental-emotional support to address the complexities of modern financial decision-making.

To earn the certificate, participants undergo a nearly two-year training program involving interactive seminars and self-reflection. The curriculum emphasizes the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies to ensure high standards in coaching quality. Graduates, including Malin Russmann, Marina Sommer, Stefan Lahmeyer, and Manuel Müller, are trained to help clients navigate the emotional and motivational aspects of money and risk management, moving beyond traditional numerical advisory.
