FCM Travel signs 10‑year global partnership with Arcadis

FCM Travel and Arcadis have renewed their collaboration with a new 10‑year global partnership that consolidates Arcadis’s travel, meetings, events, and consulting services under a single agreement. The long‑term contract aims to reduce administrative time, enabling both firms to focus on strategic planning, proactive solutions, and future‑ready services.

FCM Travel’s Global Managing Director Melissa Elf said the deal validates the company’s “alternative” mindset in corporate travel and allows implementation of a long‑view innovation plan not possible with standard three‑year cycles. Arcadis Director of Travel Ian Spearing described the partnership as a strategic investment in collaborative innovation and service excellence, supporting scalable, sustainable growth for their worldwide travel program.
