FCNT launches warranty service for SIM-free arrows smartphones

FCNT has launched a new smartphone warranty service specifically for users of its SIM-free arrows models. The service is currently available for the arrows Alpha2 and arrows We3, with plans to expand to future SIM-free models.

Customers must apply within 30 days of purchasing their device. The service offers two main tiers: a standard plan starting at 440 yen per month covering damage, water damage, theft, and natural malfunctions after the manufacturer's warranty expires, and an enhanced plan starting at 726 yen per month which includes battery replacement services. To celebrate the launch, FCNT is running a campaign offering up to three months of free service for eligible subscribers through December 31.

In a related development, the arrows Alpha2 is being positioned as a high-performance alternative to ultra-high-end smartphones that often exceed 200,000 yen. Equipped with a Dimensity 8350 Extreme processor and available in configurations up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, the device aims to provide high-level processing power and durability at a more accessible price point of approximately 100,000 yen.
