FCSB names Ricardo Pădurariu U21 as transfer bids fall through

Club owner Gigi Becali announced that 19‑year‑old Ricardo Pădurariu will serve as FCSB’s U21 player for the upcoming season and is expected to start in SuperLiga matches. Becali also confirmed that the club has no current offers for goalkeeper Ștefan Târnovanu.

So far the only confirmed signing is French left‑back Ronny Labonne. Negotiations for other targets collapsed: Anderson Ceara from Csikszereda was rejected after medical examinations revealed past knee surgeries, and Israeli striker Shon Weissman turned down FCSB’s proposal, saying the financial terms and contract length were unsatisfactory. Weissman is now weighing offers from Beitar Jerusalem or an Austrian team.
