FDA recalls superfood capsules and sexual‑enhancement chocolates over safety concerns

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued nationwide recalls for two green superfood capsule products—TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood and Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa Capsules—after testing indicated possible salmonella contamination. The 120‑count bottles, sold through Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop and the manufacturers’ websites, are marked for immediate disposal, and consumers can request refunds from the companies.

In a separate recall, the FDA flagged several brands of chocolate marketed for sexual enhancement—such as Boner Bears Chocolate and DTF Sexual Chocolate—for containing undisclosed sildenafil and tadalafil, the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis. These products pose risks for users taking nitrate medications and may cause dangerous blood‑pressure drops. Distributors are voluntarily pulling the items, and the agency advises anyone possessing them to stop use, return them to the seller or discard them.

Both recalls emphasize the agency’s warning to avoid consuming the products and to follow refund or return procedures. No adverse health events have been reported for either case.
