FDP Rodenbach hosts summer festival with political keynote

The FDP Rodenbach local association, in collaboration with the FDP Main-Kinzig district association, held its traditional summer festival on August 8 at the Naturfreundehaus in Oberrodenbach.

The event served as a platform for political dialogue, attended by local representatives from various factions and members from the neighboring Aschaffenburg district. Marc Höricht, chairman of the FDP Rodenbach, and Daniel Protzmann, chairman of the FDP Main-Kinzig district, addressed the attendees.

Dr. Matthias Büger, a member of the Landtag and state treasurer of the FDP Hessen, delivered the keynote speech. His remarks focused on Hessian education policy, the debt brake, and the impact of state regulations and financial burdens on the autonomy of municipalities and citizens. Büger advocated for increased personal responsibility, the reduction of bureaucracy, and solid budgetary policies to preserve options for future generations.
