Feđa Dudić cites chaotic Maribor spell before joining Serbian side Radnički

Former Maribor head coach Feđa Dudić said the turmoil he experienced at the Slovenian club was not accidental, pointing to media criticism and internal unrest. He highlighted the psychological preparation he gained, noting that Maribor treated matches as isolated events – a win was simply a good day, a loss a bad one. Dudić, who oversaw 22 games at Maribor, added that the return of club legend Zlatko Zahović made the situation clearer for him. After leaving Slovenia, Dudić is set to take charge of Serbian side Radnički Kragujevac.

He emphasized that despite fan support, the club underwent four coaching changes in a year, creating a chaotic environment that tested his capabilities.
