FECAICA to host regional industry congress in San Salvador

The Federation of Chambers and Industrial Associations of Central America and the Dominican Republic (FECAICA) will host its 2026 Regional Industry Congress in San Salvador on October 29. Held under the theme ‘Regional integration and business leadership,’ the event will gather entrepreneurs, investors, and multilateral organizations to discuss economic integration, competitiveness, innovation, and trade facilitation.

FECAICA, which represents over 7,000 industrial companies ranging from micro to large enterprises, aims to use the congress to analyze challenges facing the Central American and Dominican industries. The agenda includes the presentation of the ‘Carlos Enrique Rivera Ortiz’ Regional Industrial Recognition, which will be awarded to Honduran industrialist Abraham Bennaton for his contributions to regional economic integration.
