FECONS 2026 construction fair to be held in Murcia

The FECONS 2026 construction, sustainability, and rehabilitation fair has been officially presented in the Region of Murcia. Scheduled to take place from October 22 to 24 at the Palacio de Ferias y Exposiciones de la Región de Murcia (IFEPA) in Torre Pacheco, the event will host more than 200 companies across 27,000 square meters of exhibition space.

With a history spanning over 40 years, the fair includes international participation, such as firms from Italy. The 2026 edition will focus on three primary challenges: improving productivity, advancing rehabilitation, and promoting sustainability. A specialized session on industrialized construction is also scheduled for October 23, featuring participation from regional administration, professional colleges, universities, and technological centers.

Jorge García Montoro, the Counselor for Infrastructure and Territorial Development, emphasized the sector's importance for economic and social development. He specifically highlighted the potential of industrialized construction to optimize execution processes, improve work planning, and reduce construction timelines.
