Federal and state agents conduct fraud-related raids in Rochester

Federal and state investigators conducted multiple pre-planned raids at various sites in Rochester and across Minnesota on Thursday. The operation involved the execution of court-authorized search warrants as part of a criminal investigation into fraud.

Participating agencies include the FBI, the Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, U.S. Postal Inspectors, IRS Criminal Investigators, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Minnesota Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. The Rochester Police Department provided mutual aid to the operation, with their role limited to providing security for FBI personnel.
