Federal Highway 307 collision totals two vehicles

A head-on collision between two vehicles occurred in the early hours of Friday on Federal Highway 307, specifically on the stretch connecting Reforma Agraria to Puerto Juárez. The accident took place around 1:30 AM near the Noh-Bec intersection.

The impact resulted in the total loss of both vehicles; one car overturned on the asphalt while the other was forced into the adjacent brush. Although the material damage was severe, no serious injuries were reported. Members of the National Guard arrived at the scene to secure the area and coordinate the removal of the vehicles.

The State Attorney General's Office has been tasked with investigating the incident to determine the exact causes and assign responsibility. This crash is part of a recent surge in accidents on this corridor, following two other incidents earlier in the week at Uh May and the Andrés Quintana Roo section, which have collectively resulted in two fatalities.
