IFSP conducts research on Management and Performance Program

The Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP) has launched a research initiative to evaluate the impacts of its Management and Performance Program (PGD). A dedicated working group is conducting this consultation to gather feedback from faculty, technical-administrative staff, students, and the external community.

The goal of the study is to inform a revision of the program's regulations by assessing how the management model influences institutional activities, campus routines, communication, and service quality. The PGD is a results-oriented model that regulates various work modalities, including full-time in-person work, hybrid telework, and full remote telework.

Data collected through the survey will be used to identify institutional advancements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. The working group has stated that all responses will be treated confidentially, with no disclosure of participant identification.
