PMDF arrests four in Samambaia drug trafficking operation

The Military Police of the Federal District (PMDF) arrested four individuals, including a Cuban citizen, during a drug trafficking operation in Samambaia. The action, carried out by the Tactical Operational Group (GTOP 22) with support from the K9 Battalion, followed intelligence monitoring of suspects involved in drug sales in Samambaia and Taguatinga.

Authorities seized five marijuana tablets, approximately 700 grams of cocaine, and 2 kg of skunk, along with portions of crack already prepared for sale. Other items confiscated include two precision scales, R$ 7,200 in cash, and restricted ammunition in 9 mm and .40 Smith & Wesson calibers. Three wild birds were also found during the operation. The suspects and seized materials were taken to the 26th Police Station for legal proceedings.
