Federal prosecutors probe executors of Jeffrey Epstein estate

Federal prosecutors in New York have launched an investigation into Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, the executors of the late Jeffrey Epstein’s estate. Indyke, Epstein’s former lawyer, and Kahn, his former accountant, are currently managing the estate, which was valued at approximately $650 million at the time of Epstein's death.

Reports indicate that investigators have interviewed potential witnesses and sought emails and financial records related to both men. While the specific charges being considered remain unclear, the probe follows recent testimony provided by Indyke and Kahn to the House Oversight Committee. During that testimony, Indyke denied any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes, and Kahn stated he continued working for Epstein to support his family, believing Epstein's assurances that his misconduct would not recur.

Indyke and Kahn have previously denied any wrongdoing or knowledge of Epstein’s sex-trafficking activities. As executors, they have been involved in negotiating settlements for survivors of Epstein's abuse. This investigation follows increased political and public pressure for transparency regarding Epstein’s activities and potential accomplices.
