Amundi raises Franklin Electric stake; DV Trading buys SAB Biotherapeutics shares

Amundi increased its holding in Franklin Electric Co. (NASDAQ:FELE) by 177,433 shares in the first quarter, bringing its total to 881,425 shares, or about 2.00% of the company, valued at roughly $81.2 million.

During the same period, DV Trading LLC purchased 400,000 shares of SAB Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:SABS), representing about 0.52% of the biotech firm and valued at approximately $1.53 million. Both transactions were disclosed in the companies' latest SEC filings and add to the broader institutional ownership of each firm, which exceeds 75% of their outstanding shares.
