Federalberghi Fvg discusses tourism future in Trieste

At a regional assembly in Trieste, Federalberghi Fvg hosted a meeting titled “Costruiamo insieme il futuro del turismo” (Building the future of tourism together) to discuss the hospitality sector's prospects. The event brought together businesses, institutions, and training professionals to examine the relationships between hospitality, commerce, catering, agri-food, transport, and services.

Mauro Bordin, President of the Regional Council, emphasized that tourism growth creates opportunities and well-being for the entire Friuli Venezia Giulia region. He noted that while regulatory and financial measures have created important opportunities, institutions must continue to address critical factors such as infrastructure, transport, mobility, promotion, large-scale events, and the labor market to ensure sustainable development.
