Federated Hermes partners with Conduit Digital on APAC tokenized fund

Federated Hermes has entered into a strategic alliance with Singapore-based Conduit Digital Holdings Pte Ltd to launch a regulated tokenized distribution structure in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Under this arrangement, a fund managed by Conduit will invest in the Federated Hermes Short-Term US Prime Fund, which is a UCITS-authorized, actively managed money market fund focusing on high-quality, US dollar-denominated short-term debt. The shares of the Conduit-managed fund will be tokenized and made available to institutional and wholesale investors within APAC.

This initiative marks Federated Hermes’ first digital assets project in the Asia-Pacific region. It follows previous tokenization efforts, such as a partnership with UK-based Archax and the launch of a GENIUS Act-aligned money market fund in the United States.
