Federation of Associations of Aigialeia forms new Board of Directors

The new Board of Directors of the Federation of Associations of Aigialeia has been officially formed following elections held on September 13, 2026. The board convened on September 18, 2026, at the Federation's offices.

Stavros K. Karadimthropoulos has been appointed President. Other key officials include Andreas Rekoutis and Charilaos Giannopoulos as Vice Presidents, Stefanos Vamvakaris as General Secretary and Press Officer, and Spyridon Christopoulos as Treasurer. The board also includes several commissaries overseeing areas such as communication, cultural and sports events, environmental heritage, and general duties.

The new leadership has outlined several priorities, including establishing closer contact with member associations, forming a Youth Cultural Council, and implementing an annual program of environmental and cultural activities. Additionally, the board aims to create a digital archive of folklore material and promote the cultural tourism of the Aigialeia region.
