Federica Minozzi awarded 2025 Ciliegia d’Oro prize

Federica Minozzi, CEO of Iris Ceramica Group, has been awarded the 2025 Ciliegia d’Oro prize. The ceremony took place at the Castello di Vignola in the presence of local officials, including the Mayor of Vignola, Angelo Pasini.

Established in 1981 by the Centro Studi Vignola, the award recognizes individuals who have distinguished themselves in social, cultural, entrepreneurial, sporting, or humanitarian fields. The jury selected Minozzi for her leadership and innovation within the international ceramics industry, noting her contributions to sustainability, technological advancement, and the growth of the ‘Made in Italy’ brand.
