Federica Pellegrini faces criticism over Physical Italia comments

Controversy has emerged following the elimination of Abou Kane’s team during the sixth episode of the reality competition Physical Italia: da 100 a 1. The team failed to pass the chariot challenge by a margin of only nine seconds.

Federica Pellegrini faced significant criticism for attributing the team's failure solely to Abou Kane, who lost time while removing a harness. However, reports indicate that the team also incurred a 30-second penalty after teammate Federica Cesarini withdrew from the course, a situation in which Abou Kane had assisted. Despite this, Pellegrini maintained her stance on the matter, suggesting her reactions were driven by intense emotion during the event.

Social media users have criticized Pellegrini’s conduct, with some supporters of Abou Kane labeling the accusations unfair and praising his effort in completing an extended portion of the course to compensate for his teammates.
