Federico Chiesa set on staying at Liverpool despite Beşiktaş interest

Italian winger Federico Chiesa, 28, has affirmed he will not seek a move away from Liverpool this summer. He plans to compete for more minutes under manager Andoni Iraola, hoping strong performances will also revive his place in Italy’s national team.

Turkish club Beşiktaş is reportedly monitoring Chiesa as a potential right‑wing replacement for Mohamed Salah. The club’s technical director Vincenzo Italiano is said to be involved in discussions. Chiesa’s limited playing time at Liverpool last season – 36 appearances, 726 minutes, 3 goals and 3 assists – has prompted interest, with Beşiktaş viewing his €13 million valuation as financially suitable compared with Salah.
