Federmanager awards 11 Silver Managers at Naples event

The eighth edition of the Premio Giovane Manager (Young Manager Award) held its Central-South semi-finals in Naples at the IPE Business School. The initiative, organized by Federmanager Giovani, aims to recognize and promote new generations of professionals who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and value creation for companies and territories.

Eleven individuals were named ‘Silver Managers’ for the Central-South region and will advance to the national finals in Rome. The awardees include Maria Amaduzzi, Rosario Barresi, Adriana Carotenuto, Mario Colucciello, Lidia Gentile, Francesco Margarito, Luca Nunzi, Umberto Papa, Stefano Sciotti, Leonardo Senese, and Simone Vaudo.

Among the winners, Stefano Sciotti of Federmanager Abruzzo e Molise, who works at EssilorLuxottica, was recognized for his professional path in the industrial sector and his engineering background from the University of L’Aquila. The 2026 edition focused on the theme ‘O. L. T. R. E.’, an acronym for Objective, Leadership, Training, Execution, emphasizing strategic vision and change management.
