Fedesoft opens call for 13th annual Premios INGENIO awards in Colombia

The Colombian Software and IT Federation (Fedesoft) has opened the call for entries for the 13th edition of the Premios INGENIO 2026. This award program recognizes innovation and digital technology within Colombia’s software industry.

The awards are organized into three strategic pillars: Outstanding Technological Alliances, which honors joint projects between technology providers and sectors like government and education; Technology Product Leaders, focusing on scalable local developments; and Special Recognitions. Special categories include internationalization, gender (Women 4TIC), entrepreneurship, sustainability, and Artificial Intelligence adoption.

For the first time in its history, the awards will include a category for media: ‘Leading Media in Technological Dissemination and Innovation’. This category aims to honor journalists, digital media, and news formats that utilize cutting-edge tools like AI and audience analytics. Eligible participants include Colombian software companies, educational institutions, and media outlets with projects achieving results between June 1, 2025, and June 1, 2026.
