Journalist and TV critic Fefito shared a personal anecdote on social media regarding a past conflict with actor and former deputy Alexandre Frota. The dispute originated from a negative review Fefito wrote about a RedeTV special directed by Frota.

According to Fefito, Frota responded to the criticism by sending a message to the journalist's employers, claiming that Frota had a sexual relationship with the critic for three years. Frota also alleged they met at a nightclub under a different name. Fefito denied these claims, stating he did not even frequent the club mentioned. The matter was reportedly resolved years later when Frota apologized during his tenure as a deputy.
