Feijoada events scheduled in Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba

Various feijoada events are scheduled in Brazil. In Rio de Janeiro, Unidos da Tijuca will host its monthly Feijoada Nota 10 on Sunday, August 23. The event features musical performances by Fruta do Pé and Grupo Arruda, alongside DJ Babu.

In Curitiba, the 20th Feijoada dos Amigos do HC will take place on Saturday, August 22, at the Clube Curitibano. This charitable event aims to raise approximately R$ 3 million to support the Nephrology Service of the Hospital de Clínicas da UFPR. The proceeds will fund maintenance, security, and patient comfort improvements. The event marks the 40th anniversary of the Associação dos Amigos do HC and the 65th anniversary of the hospital.
