FEJUVE Potosí to address diesel subsidy impact and transport issues

The Federation of Neighborhood Councils (FEJUVE) of Potosí is convening a meeting of district presidents to address growing economic and logistical concerns in the region. Luis Miguel Olañeta, president of FEJUVE Potosí, expressed significant concern regarding the government's decision to lift diesel subsidies.

This policy change has reportedly led to disruptions in public transportation services and an increase in the cost of basic food items. During the upcoming meeting, leaders will also evaluate the performance of the transport sector and municipal traffic authorities, while considering a proposal to establish a dedicated neighborhood public transport line.
