Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura unveils Casa Tear residential project in Bragança Paulista
Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura completed the Casa Tear house, a 1,200 m² residential project in Bragança Paulista, Brazil. The design treats the building as a spatial mesh, linking structural elements, carefully chosen interiors and tropical gardens in a concept described as "beauty of tension." The project integrates the bare ground with lush vegetation, balances structural weight with interior lightness, and relates human scale to the wide Brazilian horizon.
Collaborators include interior designer Nildo José, landscape architect Alex Hanazaki, engineering firms MPH Engenharia, Benedictis, Projesteel, Zamaro and Iluxxx Tecnologia, and lighting specialist Lightworks. The project was featured on ArchDaily in Spanish and Portuguese on 28 July 2026.
