Felissimo launches fashion collaboration with 78th Shosoin Exhibition

Felissimo’s “Museum Club” has released a new collection of fashion items inspired by the treasures of the Shosoin repository. The collaboration coincides with the 78th Shosoin Exhibition held at the Nara National Museum.

The collection features three original designs: duck-themed earrings and piercings inspired by the decorations on the “Shitanboku Gaso Biwa No. 2” lute; an acrylic ear cuff ring mimicking the cut patterns of the Sassanid Persian “Hakururi-wan” white lapis bowl; and a large cotton long stole featuring monogram patterns from the “Shitanboku Gaso Biwa No. 3” lute.

These items are available for web purchase and will also be sold at the “Tenpyo” special exhibition shop during the exhibition period, which runs from October 24 to November 9.
