Felix Gall moves to second in Vuelta a España general classification

Austrian cyclist Felix Gall has moved into second place in the general classification of the Vuelta a España following the 14th stage. After finishing 21st in the mountain finish at Sierra de la Pandera, Gall gained time on Primoz Roglic, pushing the Slovenian to third place in the overall standings.

Enric Mas maintains the overall lead with a 2:06 margin over Gall. Roglic currently trails Gall by four seconds, while Richard Carapaz sits in fourth place, two minutes and eight seconds behind the leader. The stage was won by Germany's Marco Brenner, who finished just one second ahead of Colombia's Santiago Buitrago.

Gall's performance continues a strong season for the Austrian rider, who previously secured second place at the Giro d’Italia. He currently competes for the Decathlon-CMA CGM team.
