Female entrepreneurs address work-life balance and business challenges
Participants in the She’s Next program, a collaboration between Visa, ING Bank, and Impact Hub Bucharest, are sharing strategies to balance entrepreneurship with personal life. The initiative aims to debunk the myth that women must choose between professional success and personal well-being.
A 2025 study by Bravva Capital for ING Bank, titled She’s Here, identified the primary challenges facing Romanian female entrepreneurs. According to the study, 52% of respondents cited marketing and sales as their main hurdles, followed by 41% regarding fiscal and legislative changes, and 39% concerning high competition and price pressure. Notably, a lack of time for family or friends was not listed among the top business challenges identified by the participants.
