FeNAILP warns of unsustainable costs for transporters and small businesses
FeNAILP representatives Sergio Casola, national president of FeNAILP Artigianato, and Rocco Casola, provincial president of FeNAILP Acconciatori di Salerno, have issued an appeal for institutional intervention to address rising operational costs.
The association warns that increasing expenses for road transport—including fuel, vehicle maintenance, and insurance—threaten the sustainability of the entire supply chain. They emphasize that high transport costs directly impact artisans, merchants, and small businesses that rely on the regular delivery of goods and raw materials.
FeNAILP is calling for concrete measures to address energy costs, more sustainable taxation, and the simplification of administrative requirements. The goal is to prevent economic pressure on transporters from cascading through the economy, affecting employment, production margins, and consumer prices.
