Fender announces major Summer/Autumn 2026 product lineup

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) has announced its global product lineup for Summer/Autumn 2026, marking one of its largest expansions ahead of the company’s 80th anniversary. The collection includes various bass guitar models designed for a wide range of players, from beginners to professionals.

Key releases include the American Vintage II 1966 Jazz Bass, which features a new Lake Placid Blue finish, and the Player II series, which adds Rallye Orange and Cactus Gray color options. Fender also introduced the Limited Edition Player Fusion series and the 75th Anniversary Collection.

Squier, a Fender subsidiary, is expanding its Paranormal series with the Paranormal Precision Bass Thinline SJ. This model features a semi-hollow Nyatoh body designed to increase acoustic resonance and reduce weight. It utilizes a unique pickup configuration, combining a '51 Precision Bass pickup with a Jazz Bass single-coil at the bridge.
