Fender refreshes American Vintage II series with new colors

Fender has announced a refresh of its American Vintage II series, introducing seven new color options across several of its most iconic electric guitar models. The series is designed to provide period-accurate builds, featuring specific year designations to replicate the hardware, pickups, and feel of original historical models.

Key updates include new finishes for the Telecaster lineup, such as the 1963 Telecaster in Vintage Blonde, the 1972 Telecaster Thinline in Candy Apple Red, and the 1975 Telecaster Deluxe in Vintage Blonde. The Stratocaster range also receives new options, including the 1961 Stratocaster in Surf Green and the 1973 Stratocaster in Olympic White.

The American Vintage II series utilizes premium components like alder bodies, specific neck shapes, and meticulously voiced pickups to capture authentic tones from various musical eras.
