Fenerbahçe announces stadium expansion and major transfer targets

Fenerbahçe is undertaking significant structural and squad improvements. The club announced a major renovation project for Chobani Stadium in Kadıköy, which aims to increase capacity to 64,000. The project has an estimated construction cost of 50 million euros, to be financed through season ticket and VIP box sales alongside new sponsorships. The club expects the modernization to generate an additional 25 million euros in annual revenue.

On the pitch, the club is actively preparing for the mid-season transfer window. The management is targeting several high-profile players to strengthen the squad. Key targets for the attack include Tottenham striker Richarlison and Gabriel Barbosa, currently on loan at Santos. Additionally, the scouting department has identified young talents such as Arda Çolak and Oğuzcan Çalışkan for defensive and forward reinforcements, as well as versatile midfielders including Andre from Corinthians, Mert Kömür from Augsburg, and Saimon Bouabre from Al Hilal.
